About The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Business Analyst to join our fast paced and dynamic team in Stratford. You will have worked within development teams and have experience documenting technical/business requirements.

You will be leading requirements analysis and process improvement, supporting business case development as well as project implementation. Similarly, you will be able to display in equal measure strong customer focus and commercial acumen, pragmatic decision making, sound technical skill and attention to detail.

  • You will be pivotal in supplying critical support for a range of business development projects through their full life-cycle, with a strong focus on business value and customer experience.
  • Work closely with the business and/or 3rd parties to translate needs into effective solutions and processes; or, where needed, challenge business objectives
  • Effectively engage with mid to senior level stakeholders
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management
  • Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility
  • Analyse customer journeys and business processes to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support business case development and implementation of agreed solutions - including testing, training, and other deployment tasks
  • Provide consultation on the feasibility and value of ideas in early stages of idea development

    To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • At least 3 years previous experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with writing technical and front end requirements.
  • Experience working on complex and challenging projects in a variety of delivery environments.
  • A deep understanding of IT software development methods.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a must.
  • An interest in sports would be beneficial.
