About The Role
We're looking for DevOps Engineers to join our ever-growing team on a permanent basis in East London.

Reporting into the Head of DevOps, you will deliver automation across software delivery and maintenance processes, building CI/CD pipelines and delivering containerised solutions.

As part of a wider DevOps & SRE team of 18 Engineers, you will be involved in decisions regarding tooling and architecture and will be able to influence the way we work across the business.



  • Implement automation across the software delivery and maintenance process to minimise manual tasks.

  • Building continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to improve code quality, release frequency and availability, while supporting the existing SDLC.

  • Ensure service quality AWS via monitoring, alerting, self-healing and getting involved with incident & change management.

  • Working on the Disaster Recovery policies and processes.

  • Design and delivery of containerised solutions based around a micro-service architecture.

  • Support of Internal and customer facing Core platforms. The individual will be expected to provide L2/L3 support when necessary.

  • Work with the development team to ensure that new technologies, products and design patterns are reviewed and adopted where appropriate.

In addition, we are ideally looking for someone with knowledge on the following areas:

  • DevOps & Associated Technologies

    • Experience supporting or developing JAVA and Spring Boot applications

    • Docker

    • Monitoring - ELK stack/, New Relic, Cloud Watch

    • Ansible

    • ElasticSearch

    • Apache Kafka

    • SQL and NoSQL databases

    • AWS - EC2, S3, ECS, SQS, Cloud Formation

    • Terraform

    • Databases - RDS and DynamoDB

    • Caching – Redis, Elasticache

  • CI

    • Jenkins (declarative and code-based pipelines)

    • GIT, including Bitbucket and GitHub
