 As part of the Research team within the Insights & Analytics unit, this role will support with, and ultimately be responsible for, conducting Customer-, Consumer- and Population centered Research projects. This includes by planning, organizing, implementing and reporting multi-product international Research projects.

Location of the role is either London or Vienna.

Your arena:

·      Identifies needs & aligns requests of multiple stakeholders across various brands, products, countries and topics

·      Proactively organises all steps of a research project in a fast paced business environment, while delivering top notch quality and always meeting deadlines

o    Sets up a research plan, develops guidelines and/or questionnaires, organises delivery of additional assets as needed

o    Implements incl. coordination of external agencies if required, takes care of QA during data collection and beyond

o    Prepares collected data for evaluation, applies statistical & qualitative methods to evaluate the data, derives insights and delivers strong reports

·      Closely cooperates with the Insights & Analytics team to drive interdisciplinary learnings and understanding.


Your entrance ticket:

  • Degree in economics, psychology, statistics, mathematics or related
  • min. 2 years of experience in an equivalent role of managing research projects
  • Sound knowledge of research methodologies, incl. applying statistical methods to evaluate data
  • Hands on mentality, high quality standards, precise way of working
  • Fluency in English
  • Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS.
