About The Role

We are looking for a person with a passion for Sports (football in particular), a can do, proactive attitude and enthusiasm who wants to join one of the fastest growing markets at the leading betting company on the planet! 

As a CRM Lifecycle Associate, you will build the customer journey from beginning to end for a growing bunch of countries. You will be working within the bwin Sportsbook team to define client conversion, retention and reactivation strategy in order to drive client engagement that increases de lifetime value of our customers.

You will be working closely with the CRM Strategy Manager to develop the CRM Lifecycle strategy for the region.

Primary responsibilities:
 
  • Work closely with the CRM Strategy manager and the country CRM managers to develop and implement campaigns focusing on specific customer lifecycle stages.
  • Develop and implement client communications and promotions that increase our engagement with the customers across all communication channels such us email, push notification, SMS etc.
  • Ensure that all the activity is tested and optimized against business targets.
  • Work with the country CRM managers in order to build a strong communication funnel localized and relevant per each country.
  • Conduct regular competitor reporting on retention aspects and sharing this insights with the regional team.
  • Engage with the regional marketing teams to deliver consistent customer experience and brand proposition throughout each customer lifecycle.
  • Constant review and analysis along with the CRM strategy manager in order to optimize the customer lifetime value and engagement with the brand.
  • Work closely with Casino team for creation of Cross-sell plans.
Additional Information

Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications (required):

  • Previous experience work\ing in CRM is essential
  • A University degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
  • Passion for sports, with excellent knowledge of international teams, players and leagues.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in marketing and customer engagement.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, with passion to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer focus committed to putting the customer and the center of their work.
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required.

Desired (but not required):

  • Previous experience in building and executing online contact plans.
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycles within online gambling industry.
  • Solid understanding of betting.
  • Thorough comprehension of betting terminologies and betting in general.
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies, tools and channels in an online environment.
  • Experience working with Sitecore, Exact Target, Optimove and/ or HTML coding.
