About The Role
Purpose of Role:

As CRM Associate you will be highly creative and will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing and optimizing CRM & promotional activities for the partypoker brand. Your aim is to increase customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting promotions, campaigns and automated lifecycle flows, both generally and within your allocated regional market.

You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to reduce churn, increase conversion rates, improve customer satisfaction and increase overall player lifetime value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of all CRM activity for the business unit including Conversion, Retention & Reactivation
  • Drive the briefing, delivery and successful execution of promotional campaigns for your specific region.
  • Work with the MarComs team to ensure the timely delivery of all required assets to support promotional campaigns, across multiple channels (email, push message, SMS, on-site banners, direct mail & outbound calling).
  • Ensure that all campaign activity is aligned with and designed to drive headline KPIs.
  • Continually monitor and work to optimise both headline and internal KPIs, in terms of commercial performance and player engagement.
  • Work closely with the MarComs and Poker Room team to deliver tactical campaigns designed to convert, reactivate and retain customers.
  • Help to ensure the business unit has the optimal promotions plan to ensure bonus spend is in line with budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Build and test promotional mechanics using the various bonus engines and promotional tools available to you, maximizing player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Co-ordination of mailing and contact lists, checking the accuracy of the data and the segmentation of lists
  • Monitor customer experience across all channels and identify opportunities, trends, etc. in order to manage key improvements aimed at increasing the lifetime value of our players
  • Take ownership of your region’s campaign activity and performance, producing full campaign analysis for each promotion, enabling the business to optimise future efforts.
  • Contribute towards improving our various promotional tools, reporting tools, CRM & bonusing systems, segmentation systems, email templates, etc.
  • Co-ordination and communication of all activity with internal departments, including Customer Services.
  • Initiate and implement best-in-class CRM strategies using competitor analysis
Additional Information
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a marketing or CRM environment
  • Second language (French, Spanish, Italian) highly appreciated
  • A keen interest in and knowledge of online gaming products
  • A good knowledge of and passion for poker highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and overall campaign Best Practice
  • Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems
  • Experience with campaign journeys and programs
  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills and experience in segmenting data
  • Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
  • Solid grasp of English language
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn
  • A proven record of delivering against targets
