Purpose of the role: 
We are seeking a marketing professional to join our Digital Media team and be responsible for driving growth for bwin across all Western Europe territories. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers via online marketing campaigns, with duties ranging from sourcing new media deals, negotiating rates, campaign setup, optimisation and post campaign analysis.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Account management duties – financial management & day to day management of media portfolio.
  • Strategy, planning and execution of programmatic campaigns across all platforms that cover acquisition and brand KPIs.
  • Managing success and profitability of campaigns against predefined targets e.g. ROI.
  • Business development – brokering and negotiating new media deals for all applicable brands.
  • Proactively grow existing relationships through contact with our partners.
  • Monitoring and undertaking analysis of marketing campaigns to identify ways to optimise and scale up.
  • Completion of periodical tasks and bespoke projects set by the head of the department/team leader
  • Reviewing conversions and player quality compared to the cost of acquisition, and take action to ensure the health of the portfolio
  • Producing regular reports and analysis of campaign performance using Excel and PowerPoint, deriving conclusions and trends from large data sets.
  • Building strong relationships to ensure an advantage over the competition, such as rates, scale, market conditions and competitor moves.
  • Developing your knowledge on competitor and market conditions through regular research.
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Information


  • Experience in online marketing and in managing Programmatic, CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
  • A genuine interest in sports betting, casino and poker, and willingness/aptitude to learn more about it.
  • Good knowledge of sports, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm for it.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
