Additional Information
We are looking for a Design Operations Manager to join the team to help run the Creative Studio. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running and administrative duties within the Studio. We are looking for someone to work on standardizing tools, methods, and processes and making work as collaborative as possible across a number of fast-paced teams. This includes implementing and monitoring creative platforms, managing design systems, on boarding new starters and financial management.
 
  • Increase the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of design, copy and dev teams through implementation of tools, templates and working practices
  • Continuously evolve and develop our processes and tools
  • Monitor the creative platforms and newsletter to track engagement and monitor usage. Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and spot any gaps in content
  • Ensure the digital asset management system and branding templating tool are kept up to date and monitor usage to spot any gaps
  • Financial management for the Studio including tracking and managing monthly spend, managing suppliers and raising POs
  • Produce a monthly management report documenting performance and delivery of the Studio
  • Provide general administrative support for the Global Studio including on-boarding new starters and finding training courses for individuals
  • Build relationships with freelancers to create a pool of talent we can draw on when needed
  • Work with the Global and Regional Studio Managers on self-briefed projects, ensuring smooth running from start to finish
 
Skills & Experience:
 
  • Proven track record of implementing design systems
  • Excellent knowledge of design industry and latest tools and systems
  • Ability to create business cases for new tools and ways of working
  • A team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and deadline-oriented approach to working
