Role: The Team Lead is primarily responsible for hiring, managing performance, providing support, motivation, coaching and development to direct reports. The lead would be good to have technical background with SAAS based products with experience of Development, Administration and Quality Assurance. It is important that they used to working within Global team structure and the cultivation of strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team’s day to day operation
  • Assist in workforce management duties such as schedule and leave management
  • Review team performance and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff
  • Review, collect, and summarize quality control and business reports
  • Assists in conducting a regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of the staff
  • Handle escalations on a timely manner
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience with doing team performance reviews  and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff
  • Working with HR regarding to any payroll and disciplinary measure concerns
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience managing matrix teams
  • Experience work with SAAS product
  • Experience managing Development,
  • ITIL  (Desirable) 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment
  • Strong relationship and client management skills
  • Professional attitude and client service orientation; collaborative and results-oriented
