Purpose of role 

The role is an entry level role within Finance that will provide support to the FP&A team in London.  Over time it will provide scope to gain experience across various other finance departments in the group.  Although at the most junior level within the finance team it provides a great opportunity to understand how a Finance function operates, learn on the job and lead to further career development opportunities.  The right candidate will also be supported in training towards their chosen accountancy qualification be that ACA, CIMA or ACCA.

Key Responsibilities 



Provide support to the FP&A team
Support digital-wide financial reporting and analysis
Assist in co-ordinating and consolidating the management accounts reporting packs
Variance analysis across regional P&L’s
Production of Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting
Assist the team with budgeting and forecasting
Assist in developing the groups planning and budgeting tools
Ad hoc analysis + assistance to the finance team


Travel across UK and International locations (Gibraltar, Vienna, Barcelona) to support local finance teams
Specialist Skills and Experience 


Organised with excellent communication skills
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to build relationships quickly and ensure Finance are seen as an enabler to the business
Strong excel skills
Confident self-starter with a keen interest in learning the business
A desire to start studying for an accounting qualification
