About The Role
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the successful running of the tote by providing a friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction whilst operating effective cash control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors to the Stadium in an appropriate way;
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of betting products;
  • Undertake betting transactions with speed and accuracy taking action to minimise queuing;
  • Open, operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and attentive service to customers;
  • Complete Tote terminal administration completely and accurately;
  • Contribute to the prevention of fraud;
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Tote Supervisor or Manager.
Health & Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the protection of the Betting Licence, by identifying and reporting any activities which could jeopardise the licence to the Tote Supervisor.
  • To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.

Accountabilities 
  • You are required to follow the Work Instruction Notices (WIN), or Stadia Operating Procedures (SOP) that are relevant to your role. These can be found on the company Intranet.
  • The company may also communicate ad hoc notifications through line managers and notices boards - these will also form a part of your health and safety responsibilities.
Qualifications and Training Requirements
  • A-Level or equivalent is preferred 
Specialist Skills and Experience:
  • Over 18
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the betting industry
