About The Role

Purpose of Role

You will be working on the exciting post-acquisition activity of the LadbrokesCoral Group by GVC Holdings. The newly formed Group has become the Global Market Leading Gaming and Sports Betting Group with widely recognised brands such as Gala Bingo, Ladbrokes, Coral, Party Poker and Foxy Bingo to name a few. 


Programme One is a set of Integration activity which is bringing the two legacy organisations together and critically ensuring that we have the right Global structures for our business. The Integration Analyst will work on People data including financial, location and headcount reporting. You will be bringing together data sets from our various Global systems and sources and using your skills and experience to provide insight to the projects and various business stakeholders. 


Key Responsibilities 

You will be producing ad-hoc and regular reports to both the programme and to BAU stakeholders. You will provide advice and guidance to HR and business colleagues on what the information tells us and identifying opportunities to improve the data sources. 


You will be an expert analyst and communicator and become an advocate for the Programme and the wider organisation.  You will be required to take data and present it, constructing a narrative to explain what it’s showing. 


You will take complex and sometimes incomplete datasets and use tools like Power BI to present meaningful and actionable analysis. Working with business leaders you will help complete the data where missing and ensure that it is used to best effect. You will also be pivotal in our journey of data cleansing as we move to one single Global HR system through 2020. 


Skills and Experience


No specific qualifications required although high levels of competence on Excel is a must as is experience of using and building Power BI reporting. You must also be competent with PowerPoint and Word to which you will be required to extract data and present the results.  


Your skills and experience are much more important to us than any qualifications – we need a data Rockstar who can drive the car that we’re building!
