Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Co-Ordinator within the HR Transformation Team you will be responsible for supporting;

  • Our governance framework
  • The PMs working across a number of projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop (where appropriate) and maintain all HR Programme Governance
  • documentation and ensure circulated in a timely manner pre and post Governance Meetings
  • Schedule relevant Governance Meetings and ensure all are minuted and actions are reported and tracked
  • Develop and maintain accurate project plans and exception plans; ensuring
  • consistent application of project planning standards
  • Implementation of robust change control against baselined scope, milestones, outcomes and benefits
  • Champion and drive quality standards
  • In co-ordination with finance, monitor costs, including the accurate and timely
  • tracking of a project’s expenditure against agreed budgets.
  • Track project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Support in the preparation of documents to facilitate regularly and transparently communication of project statuses.
  • Working closely with project managers to create, embed and continuously improve good practice methodologies, processes and ways of working.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • Prince 2 Practitioner, APM or similar professional Project Manager qualification is desirable
  • Preferred – An Agile Project Management qualification, Scrum Master, SAFE or equivalent
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • Good levels of resilience and tenacity and proven capacity to operate well with huge levels of ambiguity
  • Experience in balancing & managing multiple internal stakeholders during the execution of projects.
  • Be able to produce documents to a high standard using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills which delivers messages clearly and confidently
