As a Casino VIP Associate, you will manage together with your team the day-to-day operation of casino VIP accounts, maintaining and growing their activity through inbound and outbound communications by phone, chat and email. 

You will be responsible for retaining, developing and reactivating high value customers through sales and telemarketing. Achieving company goals by applying sound judgement and decision making when managing customer reinvestment and develop potential new business into successful long term VIP growth.

Your arena:

  • Monitor individual customer betting behavior and ensure that player reinvestment is offered in agreed timescales, promoting the right behaviors
  • Complete daily and weekly sales campaigns issued by the Casino VIP Team Lead
  • Engage potential VIP customers through direct player reinvestment
  • Utilize daily reporting and analysis to assist with inbound customer requests
  • Effectively upsell gaming products and services to the existing VIP customer base
  • Adhere to all reinvestment guidelines and procedures
  • Fully complies with and upholds company expectations including policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy
  • Conducts themselves with integrity and honesty
Additional Information

Your entrance ticket:

  • German at native speaker level
  • Experience in sales and customer service within a team work environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer literate with an emphasis on Excel
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
