About The Role
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day support of data reporting and analytics – working closely with internal Marketing teams.
Proactively identifying areas of improvement and optimisation within our marketing efforts and expenditure.
Be a champion for analysis and data for marketing across the LadbrokesCoral business, utilising key models and analytics tools available.
Work directly with operational marketing teams to promote data driven decision making across all LadbrokesCoral brands.
Personable expert who can work comfortably with our BI and Marketing teams, understanding campaign activities plus the data and decisions behind them.
Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of driving change through business intelligence.
Look for solutions to problems with data.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools.
Occasional: Provide monthly feedback on team performance to ensure timely and consistent reporting of quality trends

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

Strong SQL skills
Exposure to media/marketing analytics, demonstrate a practical understanding of the media landscape, common platforms, tools and techniques
Experience in working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and present insights and solutions in an informative way
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative sciences
Comfortable cleaning and preparing data from large data sets
Experience utilizing tools like Tableau and Power BI
Experience with Google Analytics (front end and nested raw tables), Big Query and the wider GCP platform.
Thoroughness and attention to detail 
Business standard use of the English language
Experience using Excel at a medium to advanced level
Capability to identify and solve problems when dealing with multiple tasks for different teams when working to a deadline
Target and goal orientated individual with an ability to work under pressure and independently 
Excellent ability to work well within a team environment
Enthusiastic and flexible working attitude
Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new tools
