About The Role
Role Purpose

The Media Buying Executive will be responsible for buying web and app advertising space for our promotional campaigns and negotiating the best possible media rates when required. They will be accountable for analysing and optimising performance across a mix of publishers.
As a part of Performance Marketing Team, they will be working towards monthly FTD, CPA and ROI targets. The role will suit someone who shows a real passion for making a difference to their team’s performance. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Strong candidates must have the ability to work both, autonomously and as a part of a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others.

The role is based in Gibraltar and reports to the Media Buying Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mobile and web traffic acquisition on CPC, CPI & CPA basis
  • Setting up and monitoring mobile and web performance campaigns
  • Managing day to day client relationships
  • Identifying new potential partnerships
  • Testing new campaigns
  • Processing all incoming data from publishers, traffic optimization, finding the best ways of incoming traffic monetization,
  • Extensive daily reporting for campaign performance against campaign objectives/KPI’s
  • Monitoring and ensuring the optimal ROI is delivered across all the activities
  • Making sure all ads are compliant with the industry requirements
  • Trouble-shoot marketing campaigns
  • Tracking links creation
  • Liaising with graphic designers to help to deliver engaging creatives
  • Liaising with various departments to improve campaigns results
  • Representing the company at tradeshows & conferences
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous media experience running web and app CPM, CPC, CPI or CPA campaigns
  • Previous experience working with Income Access
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills and the ability to translate statistics into insights and actions
  • High proficient in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organisation skills (Time Management)
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Self-starter
  • Understanding of tracking scripts implementation and troubleshooting
  • Strong campaign management skills and the ability to handle the execution independently
  • Ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the business and manage change with agility
  • Must have a good sense of humour and enjoy working with other people in a multicultural environment
  • Previous experience working with AppsFlyer or other MMP is a plus
  • Previous experience from working in the gambling industry is a plus
  • Previous experience with self-serving platforms like Taboola, AdCash, Outbrain, etc is a plus
