About The Role

Familiar to many as the main sponsor of the Real Madrid football team from 2007 to 2013, bwin is a leading European online betting brand, bwin also offers online casino gaming as well as sports betting all via the same mobile app.

In this role, you’ll create and execute the CRM strategy for the Dutch/Flemish bwin customer base in Sportsbook, with a focus on reactivation and retention campaigns to ensure we hit our ambitious targets of double, digit year on year growth under increasingly complex circumstances. You’ll be responsible for localising our global CRM strategy as well as monitoring and reporting our performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Main:

  • Translate the overall CRM and commercial objectives into actionable CRM goals & localised strategies.
  • Monitor the localised KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Own the local CRM bonus budget to deliver a positive ROI
  • Develop, plan and implement data driven CRM strategies, promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at maximising customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business at all times. Monitor and report on campaign results and performance.
  • Work closely with the CRM Associate to deliver a high volume calendar of communications to multiple customer segments through multiple channels – ensure everything is delivered on time.
  • Align and communicate the CRM strategy with all necessary stakeholders to ensure highest quality in all relevant areas within the region, particularly the VIP, CS and Acquisition team.
  • Work closely with the VIP, Content, CRM Cycle & CRM Project & Innovation team 
 
Key Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Native Dutch/speaking with English at a business proficient level.
  • Ideally degree educated with a minimum of a Bachelor in Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation with excellent communications skills.
  • Successful management of medium to long-term change programs, while driving day-to-day team performance.
  • Strong inter-departmental communication skills.
  • Experience in planning, executing and monitoring CRM campaigns.
  • Solid strategic experience in customer base management and data driven campaign management.
  • Passion for sports, football in particular, with excellent knowledge of local and international players, teams and leagues.

Desired:

  • Proven experience within the online gaming industry in marketing, BI and product functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Sports betting and Games products.
  • An open eye for trends and technical tools to ensure state of the art CRM.
