About The Role
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

To maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Stadium and to keep all areas of the Stadium free from hazards and spillages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the main public areas for hazards on both floors;
  • Clean up spills and waste immediately;
  • Regularly patrol both ladies and gents toilets to replenish supplies and clean when necessary;
  • Check stairways are clear of debris, rubbish and spills;
  • Monitor terrace areas , bag up rubbish and clear away glasses
  • Empty bins when full;
  • Clearly identify areas of danger to our customers;
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Health & Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:
  • To report any health and safety concerns to the Cleaning Supervisor;
  • Use all cleaning substances according to the manufacturer’s instructions and report any concerns to the Cleaning Supervisor;
  • Ensure that all equipment used is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Cleaning Supervisor.
Additional Information
  • You are required to follow the Work Instruction Notices (WIN), or Stadia Operating Procedures (SOP) that are relevant to your role. These can be found on the  company Intranet.
  • The company may also communicate ad hoc notifications through line managers and notices boards - these will also form a part of your health and safety responsibilities.
Specialist Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements 
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
