About The Role
Purpose of Role:
The Live Casino executive is responsible for executing the Promotional and CRM plans to incentivise, reward, develop and increase the loyalty of Coral or Ladbrokes Live Casino players, as well as encouraging cross sell from other products.

The role will also support the Live Casino Manager with all Coral or Ladbrokes Live Casino Operational tasks including preparing and planning for new product launches, studio and dealer management,customer escalations, table limits, lobby management, large win/loss monitoring, cross sell and KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Live Casino Manager to produce the Weekly & Monthly promotional plan for both brands.
  • Responsible for updating the Marketing Plan and its day to day execution.
  • Day to day content management of Coral or Ladbrokes Live Casino to ensure that the correct and most timely messages are always briefed in to ensure site is up to date and market competitive
  • Regular reporting of promotional performance, costs and ROIs
  • Delivery of competitive benchmarking of promotions and ensuring that the Marketing Plan is adapted to respond to competitor activity
  • Delivery of the monthly promotions schedule and setting up campaigns. This includes creative concepts, mechanics, and pay out structures as well as briefing Gaming Promotions, CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, CS, Operations, Content and any other relevant party
  • Creation and sign-off of creative briefs for Promotional campaigns and Product launches
  • Working closely with the CRM team to ensure smooth delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
  • Working closely with the Lobby Managers & Content team to ensure Live Casino games are promoted to the correct customers on site, including game positioning and promotion inclusion
  • Collaborating with Brand and Performance teams to promote Product Launches & Promotional campaigns attractively and across all relevant digital channels
  • Working closely with Xsell managers to ensure strong communications and bonus strategy to introduce and retain sports players to Live Casino
  • Alignment with Gaming Promotions team to ensure all activity is integrated & complimentary
  • Collaborate with business centers of excellence areas to provide information, support and assistance on Lve Casino as required.
  • Assisting with operational tasks for other sportsbook brands
  • Assisting with the training and development of new team members
Specialist Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working within the gaming sector
  • Promotions/Marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Exemplary written and spoken English
  • Detail focused but able to see the “big picture” and maintain progress, as well as multitasking capabilities
  • Knowledge of Playtech systems including IMS preferred
  • Experience using Jira and/or Confluence beneficial
  • Knowledge of customer servicing and retention strategies
  • Ability to work effectively as part of both small teams and larger formal groups
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation
