About The Role

The Senior Business Performance Manager will be supporting the Head of Digital Performance is the day-to-day management of digital group KPIs reaching out to divisional business partners on items that need attention or clarification based on business score cards.

The candidate will help to identify group wide trends coming from the different business divisions and will liaise internally with the product performance team to include findings and opportunities in the overall reporting.

The Performance Manager will create financial market data reports and track the performance versus the competition.

Main:

  • Create overview of the group wide performance
  • Summarising critical areas in the divisions and agree on action points
  • Develop analytical projects and hand them over to group insights
  • Liaise with finance teams on performance updates and monthly report production
  • Identify investment/saving opportunities using ROI and customer value models

Examples:

  • Monitor the divisional performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and reach out to the divisional business partners on items that need attention or clarification
  • Compile a daily, weekly and monthly group performance overview to identify potential group wide trends
  • Making sure divisional monthly reports are aligned and required information is available
  • Liaise with Product performance team to include product performance in daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Create business scorecards together with divisional business partners
  • Initiate further analytical projects with central insights team
  • Identify business drivers in cooperation with central insights team

 Occasional:

  • Compile market data overviews and competitor reports
  • Liaising with Central market research teams to include NPS and survey data
  • Support for product marketing teams on competitor tracking using tools to track competitor's marketing initiatives and game launches
  • Compiling financial market data using sources like H2 and regulator reports for regulated markets like Spain and Italy
Additional Information
Specialist skills and Experience 

Essential:

  • We expect the candidate to have 5-7 years’ experience in total, including at least 3 years working in a Performance/Commercial Analysis role in a major online business.
  • An experienced growth hacker with a stellar track record of driving exponential growth, across multiple markets, for world renowned internet businesses.
  • Smart, creative, bold and daring, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical. Experience in a highly commercial environment is key, with a profound understanding of growth metrics and KPIs, and strong instincts for where the greatest gains, at the fastest speed, may be made.
  •  Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail. You will have no tolerance for mediocrity and will constantly be raising the bar. You will have a collaborative, open style that fosters participation and widespread contribution of ideas.
