Role Purpose    

The Coral Casino Commercial Manager will be responsible for the Coral Casino Slots and Table Games performance, the UK ‘Slots and Table Games Expert’ working with the Head of Coral Casino to develop and implement the Slots and Table Games plan, aligned to the overall Casino Strategy and augmenting the overall GVC Slots and Table Games Plan, that drives growth & value by being ‘best in class’, differentiated to competitors & commercially leads the market and is as profitable as possible, including: 
Proposition, Content roadmap and launch plan, Omni channel & Supplier Management Gaming operations, promotion. 
The role is responsible for leading the planning and activity of the Slots and Table Games products in Coral Casino as well as all day-to-day gaming operations, optimising the Slots and Table Games proposition to achieve targeted NGR revenue from Casino products.  
The role is responsible for working with the Casino Marketing Manager to produce marketing campaigns. 
The performance of this role will be measured on the delivery of the Slots and Table Games proposition and the performance of the Slots and Table Games product against budget plan. 


Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the Slots and RNG Table Games Proposition & Performance of the Coral/Coral Casino against budget plan. 
The UK Casino expert for Slots and Table Games Content and Proposition – deep understanding of the market, product and the customer. 
Work with the Head of Casino to develop and implement the Slots and Table Games plan, aligned to the overall Casino Strategy and augmenting the overall GVC Slots and Table Games Plan, that drives growth & value by being ‘best in class’, differentiated to competitors & commercially leads the market and is as profitable as possible. 
Work closely with the Head of Content Delivery to ensure the Slots and Table Games roadmap is optimised for UK player 
Work with GVC Centre to drive Centre initiatives for Slots and Table Games. 
Plan the product launches for Slots and Table Games, working with the Brand Lobby Manager to ensure positioning of new and existing content is optimised and customer journeys are robust. 
Have very strong analytical skills, work with BI to identify product and customer opportunity and create, with the team, plans to capitalise on them 
Work closely the Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns for New and Existing Products, be the expert for matching the right content to marketing campaigns and overall plans. 
Manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels  in the Casino team - including Sportsbook, Product, Retail, BI – making sure Slots and Table Games plan is represented credibly and alignment to activities is consistent across the brand. 
Establish a clear set of KPIs that report on & manage performance to deliver to budget plan. 
Liaise and plan with Retail & Omni to deliver Cross sell targets, planning cross channel content launches. 
Own, manage and be accountable for the C/L Casino Daily/Weekly/Monthly Slots and Table Games Activity Plan, measured against the clear set of KPIs to ensure each revenue driving component is exceeding plan; reacting rapidly and proactively to identified areas of opportunity or underperformance and adjusting activities to capitalise or address. 
Operations Management of content, liaising with compliance and customers service/service ops to manage queries effectively and accurately.  
Monitor and analyse the competitive market to ensure the proposition and offering is at minimum equal to the key competitor set, reacting to competitor activity and development to  be more appealing to existing and new customers. 
Drive a fact-driven approach to optimise casino content positioning and hierarchy across all gaming websites and apps, working closely with the Brand Lobby Manager. 
Assist the promotional teams to develop and fulfil promotional offering to match customer needs and maximize value 
Detect and prevent bonus abuse and optimise promotions ROI 
Work closely with Customer Service & Analytics team to identify and fix customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers  
Work alongside the marketing teams to produce and develop the ATL and direct acquisition proposition for Slots and Table Games. 
Work closely with & advise the VIP team to optimise the Slots and Table Games proposition in order to retain and develop VIP customer value and retention through bonuses, customer experience and content portfolio 
Encourages communication and collaboration across the business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working 
Manage your direct reports and provide coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; ensure they are motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations, legislation and team values and behaviours. 

Specialist Skills and Experience Required
Excellent knowledge of the UK Casino Market and in particular Slot and Table Games Product 
Experience managing large multi-brands gaming operations  
Strong customer-experience and product vision 
Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors  
Experience in a multi-brand, international business  
Experience of working in a complex/dynamic fast paced environment is essential  
KPI, customer and results-oriented individual  
Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills  
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Board level to Colleague  
Excellent communication and leadership skills
