You will be responsible for building a robust strategy for Ladbrokes and Coral Gaming Retention, aiming to drive growth in both NGR as well as Customer Equity, and delivering Gaming Promotions effectively across the business with passion and energy. Based in Gibraltar, you will directly manage & develop the Gaming Promotions team & lead Gaming Promotions and Retention with key stakeholders in the Centres of Excellence including CRM & Performance Marketing. On top of the day-to-day marketing and campaign planning & delivery, you will also be expected to develop offers that optimise cross-selling and up-selling funnels.

You will work closely with the Head of Gaming Performance and Proposition, Head of Gaming VIP & Head of Gaming Brand to develop the Gaming Strategy, together forming the Senior Gaming Leadership team.

The role is responsible for the planning & budgeting of Gaming Bonus spend of £40m per brand, covering Casino, Poker & Bingo products. 

Measurement and evaluation is a key part of the role, therefore your team will be expected to analyse, evaluate and optimise campaign performance in alignment with the business’ commercial objectives. You will work with and influence the CRM, Acquisition, Brand, Creative Design & Web teams to promote Ladbrokes Coral propositions to customers.

Additional Information
  • Strategic Promotion Planning & Delivery: Plan, develop and execute promotions and campaigns that are attractive, relevant, segmented, localised, cost effective and well timed, aiming to increase NGR by increasing retention & reducing churn.
  • Own the Gaming Core Retention KPIs; working with BI to segment, target and position communications to customer cohorts; configuring activities and initiatives to optimise engagement and adoption, measured specifically by the core Retention KPIs.
  • Deliver a ‘360’ Gaming Promotions Plan comprehensively through the business, ensuring each Centre of Excellence is aligned & contributing effectively to BAU and Event specific campaigns.
  • Be Data led; working with BI, analyse and optimise campaign performance to drive ROI, while reporting upwards and downwards the relevant performance KPIs and actions.
  • Incorporate in plans the need for automated campaigns, big headline promotions, new product launches as well as one off campaigns
  • Ensure Product development supports and enables marketing & promotional opportunities, working with the Senior Gaming Leadership team to influence and shape the Product roadmap requirements
  • Ensure the positioning and communications of Ladbrokes & Coral Gaming Promotions are completely aligned to the brand pillars.
  • Drive brand differentiation between Ladbrokes and Coral gaming, in collaboration with the Head of Gaming Proposition & Performance, the Head of VIP and Head of Gaming Brand, including but not limited to Propositions, CRM cycles, and headline promotions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Gaming Brand, Head of CRM and Head of Performance Marketing to ensure the tactics for Gaming are aligned to the Gaming Strategy and Gaming propositions.
  • Help to develop new growth Marketing Strategies, including but not limited to a Reward Schemes, Acquisition strategies, X-Selling funnel
