The Casino Performance Analyst is a crucial role in our Casino operation, as they will provide analytical support for business decisions, data insights and the day to day KPI and P&L monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience within data driven analytics, exposure to different key stakeholders across the business, a strong mathematical background, good communication skills, a real team player and excellent presentation skills. This is a highly dynamic role, which gives you great exposure to various data sources and challenges to understand the numbers and analyse behavioural trends in regard to lifecycle and ad-hoc campaigns.
Additional Information

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPI trends on a daily basis, providing key stakeholders with insights into trends and risk areas
  • Proactively suggest improvements and changes that will improve KPI Performance
  • Manage the P&L budget process, ensuring EBITDA targets are met
  • Work with the CRM, VIP & Games department, as well as Regional Managers to understand strategic plans and key growth opportunities
  • Provide analysis NOT Data! You need to be able to interpret the findings in a clear and concise way that is easy to digest for all stakeholders
  • Align with Sports Teams to drive a single view of KPI performance and P&L management
  • Allow all staff to progress through structured learning and development



  • Profound understanding of customer segmentation and life cycles
  • Deep understanding of customer marketing
  • Commercial background on P&L level
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
  • Expertise on quantitative analysis and methods
  • Expert on communicating complex information in a very clear way
  • Great presentation skills with clear executive summary and good story telling ability
  • Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail
  • Experience in a highly commercial environment is key, with a deep understanding of growth metrics and KPIs, budget management and strong instincts for where the greatest gains, at the fastest speed, may be made.
  • Proficient in the use of SQL or similar languages
  • Experience in reporting tools Tableau / Microstrategy or similar
  • Experience in web analytics tools - Omniture / Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with eGaming KPIs, terminology and business model
