About The Role
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the delivery of key marketing activity to the Stadium focusing on Stadium attendance and footfall through the provision of support to the marketing department by means of sales, telemarketing and social media knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline contact to the customer either by telephone, in person or social media ensuring that customers feel welcome and comfortable;
  • Research, review and report on sales performance;
  • Be responsible for achieving targets and meeting deadlines;
  • Conduct telesales and identify additional selling opportunities following up all leads;
  • Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • To ensure that customer details and databases are maintained in line with GDPR legislation;
  • To build and maintain relationships with customers and visitors to the track;
  • To complete administrative tasks e.g. filing, delivering and accepting mail etc.;
  • Perform general marketing and administrative duties as set by the Commercial Manager.

Health & Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all facilities in the Sales & Information area are working safely and is compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Commercial Manager;
  • Maintain Stadium security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk when necessary, e.g. visitor badges.
Additional Information
  • You are required to follow the Managers Briefs (MB), Work Instruction Notices (WIN), or Stadia Operating Procedures (SOP) that are relevant to your role. These can be found on the company Intranet.
  • The company may also communicate ad hoc notifications through line managers and notice boards - these will also form a part of your health and safety responsibilities.
Specialist Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programmes and packages including Excel and Word
  • Experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the betting industry
