About The Role
The Team Lead Account Manager is responsible for the overall output of the account and production team. S/he will manage a team of account managers and production designers to produce marketing materials across all online/offline channels to the highest creative standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the project and production management through all touchpoints, from receipt of the marketing briefing to final delivery of all assets, covering both CRM (Promotions, Email, Affiliates) and Acquisition (Online, Social, Video, Print). At the same time, s/he will have an excellent working relationship with stakeholders/requestors at any business level including progress reporting. 

You will also need to motivate and mentor the team to produce the highest quality of work, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring brand integrity.  
Main Responsibilities:

Leading the account management team throughout the creative process to provide excellent client management service 
Mentoring the junior account managers to independently handle requests on-brand and on-time 
Acting as the key point of contact for creative requests on day-to-day basis 
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with requestors/stakeholders up to senior level
Using skills and expertise to push requestors/stakeholders creatively 
Keeping requestors up-to-date on progress at any point in time of the project
Managing multiple projects from brief to completion in accordance with deadlines and objectives of the brief
Reporting results to Creative Brand Manager and end responsibility for the overall output of the team

 Occasional Responsibilities: 

Liaising with outsourced agencies and 3rd party suppliers when working together on requests/campaigns
Essential Skill and experience:

5+ years of experience, with 2+ years in a senior client relationship management role
Background in advertising, design or marketing communication
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment, managing/delivering multiple jobs in quick succession
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain marketing briefs clearly to the team
Effective team management capabilities to deliver excellent creative project management, ensuring ongoing prioritisation of projects based on daily changes in market
Strong interpersonal skills - working with a variety of internal teams (including production, design, copy, web team)
Team leader, able to inspire, motivate and mentor others to deliver creative excellence
Clear creative vision while remaining open to others’ ideas
Leadership and people management skills to oversee the account and production team
Desired Skills and Experience:

Interest / experience in Online Gaming
International experience in promotional advertising and online marketing
Experience with CMS systems such as sitecore or CQ5
