We are looking for a high calibre BI manager with focus on marketing analytics to join the gaming performance team based in London. The ideal candidate will have experience within analytics and digital marketing, a strong mathematical background, good communication skills and be a real team player. You will be part of the performance team, which provides analytical support for the wider casino group and you will be involved in all aspects of customer analysis, with primary focus on marketing campaigns.

As BI manager, you will be in charge of monitoring and improving the campaign, CRM and Casino performance of one of our key business verticals. You will manage a team of BI & campaign analysts who will supply insights and learnings from CRM, marketing campaigns and other BI projects that will drive business performance.

This is a highly dynamic role, which gives you and your team great exposure to various data sources and challenges you to understand the numbers and analyse behavioral trends in regard to lifecycle and ad-hoc campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign analysis:

  • Supply campaign insights and recommendations to the CRM teams
  • Create graphs, reports and presentations with clear results of the marketing campaigns
  • Be involved in the campaign lifecycle from A to Z
  • Discuss and set targets for the campaigns together with CRM team
Daily operations:
  • Manage a team of analysts supplying insights and recommendations to the CRM and Casino Performance teams
  • Consult on results and targets with key stakeholders
  • Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in marketing campaigns as well as central BI projects


  • Proficient in the use of SQL or similar languages
  • Experience in reporting tools Tableau / Microstrategy or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Must have a mathematical background or have worked in an analytical role previously
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation, fostering strong cross-functional network
  • Familiarity with eGaming KPIs, terminology and business model is an advantage
