About The Role
The Casino CRM Associate will be responsible for executing coherent, strategically aligned campaigns to customer. Reporting into the Casino CRM Team Lead, main purpose of the role is to deliver solid campaigns that is in line with the overall strategy and with clear objectives. You'll conceptualize, analyse, create and execute successful campaigns.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Address the main KPIs in line with the overall casino strategy through CRM marketing
  • Market and promote product and games supported by promotions and communications
  • Take ownership of the promotional copy and supported assets
  • Ensure there is a strategy around communication and all channels available are used in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation so that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.
  • Manage special CRM project in regard to the launch of a new product, Feature or regulatory requirements.
  • Conceptualize, Analyse, create and execute successful marketing campaigns addressing x-sell, product marketing, conversion, retention and reactivation of our customers.
  • Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of business and stake holders.
  • Work closely with BI and ensure all decisions are made on credible data and with the support of BI and corresponding post analysis
  • Work closely with product marketing manager to ensure that the right content is promoted to the right market.
  • Work closely with the casino area managers to ensure that the right strategy is followed in each market.
  • Work closely and align with the Global, Regional, Ring fenced CRM and legal teams.
  • Work closely with Marcom to ensure that right, images, copy and UJ are defined for each promotion
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure that all campaigns are built and QA’ed with in deadline.
  • Monitor campaign performance during and after and report back to the stake holders.
  • Review and optimize campaigns and user journey on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate all CRM activities to CS and other stake holders
  •  Work closely with Marcom to ensure that right, images, copy and UJ are defined for each promotion
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure that all campaigns are built and QA’ed with in deadline.

Skills and experience required:

We are looking for a candidate who is marketing oriented, commercial driven, innovative, understands technology and brings that spark to the existing marketing team.

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, economics or Equivalent.
  • Previous CRM or marketing experience is desired especially in the area of e-commerce
  • Knowledge of competitors and games suppliers is desired
  • Experience in managing projects and worked with colleges across multiple locations.
  • Excellent command over English with good communication skills
  • Fluency in second language like is an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical / mathematical / numerical skills.
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and find solutions
  • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work in a team with low ego
  • Good organizational and prioritization skill
