We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer who would join an existing training department within the CRM Product team. The Trainer’s main responsibilities are scheduling and completing trainings for the Marketing teams and the Group’s business partners’ teams at various office locations and ensuring the correct and optimal usage of the CRM tools.

  • Scheduling and completing CRM Product trainings for 10 major established gaming brands (21 languages in 19 different countries)
  • Provide on-going trainings, follow up sessions and continuous product support for internal and B2B partners
  • Answer all CRM product related questions via calls, chats or emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Prepare and develop relevant training and learning material
  • Acting as a consultant between Product and Marketing to ensure a continuous feedback loop to support product development and the optimal usage of the CRM tools
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the tools and providing feedback for the Product Team to support Product development
  • Preparing product release notes and sprint reports to keep Marketing/Ops/Business up to date about recent developments

  • 3+ years experience in online gaming marketing (Operations and/or Marketing)
  • 1-2 years of training/mentoring/teaching experience with groups up to 10 people
  • Self-motivated person with the ability to work independently, while also part of a team (coordinate training schedule, dates, and logistics independently)
  • Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to clearly communicate in oral and written form, and deal effectively with diverse groups
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively in one-to-one, classroom, small group and virtual classroom settings
  • Subject matter knowledge related to training area of responsibility and knowledge of adult education concepts and learning styles
  • Ability to travel and occasionally work non-standard work hours to provide on-site trainings and/or support (15 offices across 4 continents)
  • Revise training plans as required to meet new training requirements and keeping the technical information up to date
