About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process Boleto Release requests from Brazilian customers on Betboo

• Compliance with anti-fraud procedures pre-established and standardized by the company

• Reach the goals and objectives proposed by supervision such as metrics and promotional dynamics

• Analyse and evaluate customer financial history and the proof of payment sent by the customer, following the correct process and avoiding bad debts, perform the corresponding analysis of the proof of payments in time.

• Provide award winning standard service across all contact channels when required through all communication channels whilst maintaining service levels and efficiencies

• Improve and optimise customer value through maximising customer conversion and retention opportunities utilising company marketing initiatives and the ‘Sales through Service’ mentality

• Proactively escalate any issues to ensure the customer receives a resolution to their problem

Specialist Skills and Experience Required 

• A team player with a great attitude and desire to help our customers

• Contact Centre and Customer Service Experience – an advantage

• Gaming and Sports product knowledge advantageous

• Fluent/Native in Portuguese – written and spoken

• Fluent in English – written and spoken

• Ability to work flexibility over various shift patterns

• Confidence to interact with customers through a variety of communication methods including voice and email with the ability to multi-task
