As a Game Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing potential online fraud and helping to mitigate any negative effects that it might have on the business.
You will be reviewing customer account activity, for example, financial transactions, gaming transactions, customer logins and behavioral patterns, all with the aim of helping to build cases that result in removing any players who are a threat to the integrity of the games on the partypoker network.
You are responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience specific to Games Integrity queries whilst following the internal protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer gameplay to identify potential chip dumping, bonus abuse, usage of prohibited third-party/BOT software, collusion and other possible violations which would harm the game integrity of the Group
  • Independently determine fraudulent activity and act according to agreed procedures with regards to transaction acceptance, account blocking and any further action that is required
  • Investigate the legitimacy of customer accounts by performing in-depth checks to identify if the registered details of the customers hold true

This includes performing OSINT checks to validate the legitimacy of the newly registered and existing players and proactively evaluating accounts upon registration based on their Risk level

  • Analyse technical data and alerts to identify potential account-sharing or multi-accounting
  • Detect potentially collusive activities by conducting detailed reviews of poker hand histories
  • Highlight irregularities and anomalies in normal playing patterns using our bespoke, in-house tools and rules engines to highlight potentially suspicious activity
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and review of casino gameplay to identify potential breaches, Term and Conditions violations, bonus abuse and fraudulent patterns
  • Parse the daily transactions that occur on the platform and evaluate them based on their individuality, past transactions, historical transactions, account attributes, player profiles, player behavior and potential chargeback risk
  • Mitigate the effects of this aforementioned financial fraud to decrease the number of chargebacks and reduce the risk of potential cases
  • Take appropriate measures on customer accounts according to internal process requirements and compliance procedures
  • Handle all tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of online poker and casino security issues and the ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge and comprehension of poker and casino gameplay and the different game variants and offerings on partypoker
  • Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office


  • An understanding of different poker analysis tools and online poker communities
  • Sound and demonstrable experience conducting fraud analysis and investigations
  • An additional language would be an asset
