About The Role

As a Due Diligence Analyst you will be responsible for conducting detailed investigations of GVC Group Digital/Multi Channel UK customers to detect potential money laundering risks and reviewing customers and incidents where risk triggers are identified, or internal thresholds are met. These investigations are conducted to ensure that the customer can legitimately support their levels of play and that there are no clear risks factors in their profile.

The Digital CDD UK Teams comprises of colleagues based in Woking, Manila, Sofia and Gibraltar and are responsible for all CDD Digital functions relating to UK GVC Group brand customers. We also work in partnerships with colleagues located in both the UK Retail and International CDD divisions sharing experience, best practice and knowledge to minimize the risk of money laundering to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed and investigative customer reviews with clear, accurate and detailed case files where risk triggers are identified, or internal thresholds are met.  
  • Work closely with the Account Managers, Digital Player Protection and Risk Teams to ensure that the SOF for our customers are genuine. 
  • Work closely with the Digital Responsible Gambling Team to ensure that when necessary customers are provided with the appropriate RG support.
  • Liaise with the UK Retail CDD Team when appropriate to gather full details of cross product customers.
  • In relation to AML & TF (Terrorist Financing) issues - under the direction of the CDD Team Managers - provide advice, respond to queries and act as a point of reference. 
  • Any other duties commensurate to the post as designated by the CDD Team Managers
