About The Role
The Marketing Exec for Ladbrokes or Coral will work closely with the Multi Channel Marketing Manager to ensure creative consistency and excellence in all of customer communications.
 
This role would assist the Manager in both developing the annual customer plan and in managing multi channel requests. Support the briefing and delivery of creative for all activity that falls outside of the main campaigns. organise resource and work closely with channel owners across Performance, CRM, CS, Real time and studio to deduplicate any requests.
 
They will support in creating tool kits for each and every proposition to ensure consistent and quality will mean that we always present the best version of our brands to customers.
 
They will support the Manager in day to day brand sign off and build strong relationships with the other departments which they will be delivering creative for across the business.
 
This role will support the campaign and social and digital areas when needed and also with business support, organising , raising and checking POs. Being a key day to day contact for queries.
 
This is a newly created role, is an exciting and visible opportunity for an ambitious individual who is collaborative, organised, and keen to learn more about both the technical and creative side of consumer marketing.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
• Supports with the customer calendar and deliverable plan across all customer touchpoints
• Works closely with creative studio to support with getting briefing and deliverables on time
• Supports with multi-channel briefs for studio with customer benefits and marketing objectives
• Supports with the creation of tool kits for all propositions, ensuring creative excellence
• Supports the Mult-Channel Marketing Manager with brand guardianship, continuously driving improvements and excellence that delivers for the channels and our brand
• Supports with the raising and management of purchase orders across the brand, for sports and gaming
• Supports with the execution of BAU offline above the line advertising
• Supports with campaigns and other areas of the Brand Marketing team when required For the good of entertainment
