About The Role

The Senior Campaign Manager for Ladbrokes or Coral will work closely with the Head of Brand, Sports leadership team and the broader brand marketing teams and will be responsible for the delivery of Integrated marketing campaigns for the brand

This role will support the product team in developing compelling communications propositions for new and existing sports book propositions that build to our brand strategy and 3-year plan

The role will lead the briefing and delivery of an overarching integrated marketing plans, including creative asset management, media buying, content & communications and audience activation – all aimed at supporting the delivery of business objectives.

This role will be fundamental in driving our brands, creative excellence and media plans to grow our audience base and future brand health,

Working closely with both internal and external agencies, this role will provide a diverse challenge for an ambitious individual and will be a critical role in the Digital Marketing business

Key Responsibilities

Drive our brand agenda through all areas of the business.  
Be the Campaign owner for all major sportsbook campaigns
Development and execution of a brand marketing plan aligned with brand strategy and purpose
Delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints
Responsibility for supporting sports book propositions to develop offers that are differentiation from competitors and creation of compelling reasons to buy
Management of creatives and media buying across TV, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media
Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, working closely with the Social and digital teams as well as Performance Marketing and CRM.
Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders/departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through marketing strategy
Building strong relationships with internal and external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures
Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual investment planning to ensure strict budget management and streamlined accounting/payment processes
Have guardian ship of brand guidelines and creative development of these
Reporting KPIs for marketing campaigns, monitoring performance 
Recruit, mentor and develop the team by providing development, coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required ensuring the team is motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations and legislation 

Specialist skills and experience

Experience in Marketing, including delivery of integrated campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences of different types and levels
Understanding of wider business objectives and how to translate these into marketing briefs and plan
Experience of working within a large organisation with a matrix of operational teams and delivering business objective
Experience of working within Entertainment industry would be beneficial but not imperative
Clear communicator who can translate thoughts into clear and concise feedback judged against briefs
Proven in experience in coaching and developing team
