About The Role

The Campaign Manager for Ladbrokes or Coral will work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager, Sports leadership team and broader brand marketing teams and will be responsible for the execution of Integrated marketing campaigns for the brand

This role will support other marketing functions to align against campaign objectives

The role will support the briefing and delivery of an overarching integrated marketing plans, including creative asset management, media buying, content & communications and audience activation – all aimed at supporting the delivery of business objectives.

This role will be fundamental in delivering market leading customer campaigns, creative to help grow our audience base and future brand health,

Working closely with both internal and external agencies, this role will provide a diverse challenge for an ambitious individual with a passion to develop and refine solid marketing strategy and delivery skills

Key Responsibilities
 
  Execution of a brand marketing plan aligned with campaign strategy 
Delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints
Manage timelines for briefing and deliverables.
Support Deliver all creatives and media plans across TV, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media
Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders/departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through marketing strategy
Building strong relationships with internal and external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures
Ensure all channel creative is delivering against campaign guidelines
The go to person for Studio implementation of campaigns
Reporting - Understands campaign reporting and suggests ATL optimisation for future
Compliance - Understand and implement latest RG restrictions and channel compliance rules
Manage ATL RG creative campaigns
Further develop media and creative knowledge and understanding

Specialist skills and experience

Experience in Marketing, including delivery of integrated campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences of different types and levels
Understanding of marketing objectives and how to translate these into marketing briefs and plan
Experience of working within a large organisation with a matrix of operational teams and delivering business objective
Experience of working within Entertainment industry would be beneficial but not imperative
Clear communicator who can translate thoughts into clear and concise feedback judged against briefs
