As a Game Integrity Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling written and verbal customer communication on behalf of the Game Integrity Team and the partypoker Marketing Team.

You will be reviewing customer account activity to identify potential compromised accounts, making sure they are secured whilst also taking the necessary steps towards their reinstatement.

You are responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience specific to Game Integrity queries whilst following the internal protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Responding to and dealing with customer communication
  • Representing the partypoker and GVC network on a top level providing high quality services
  • Distribution of pending Game Integrity cases and tasks
  • Handling queries and providing support to other internal teams GVC teams
  • Securing and reinstating compromised accounts on the partypoker network mitigating potential fraud and chargebacks
  • Look for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business
  • Handle all tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Being the focal point between the customers, the Game Integrity Analyst Team in Sofia and the Game Integrity Team in London
  • Participate in projects for the Game Integrity Operations Team monitoring the usage of third-party software from customers and exclusion of such found violating the poker ecology
 
Specialist skills and experience

 

Essential:

  • Great communication skills
  • Poker knowledge and comprehension
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and to be customer-focused
  • English language on a business level
  • Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work from home for a while
Desired:
  • Sound and demonstrable experience in Customer Service or Risk Department
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • An additional language would be an asset
