To provide high level HR administrative support ensuring a professional and efficient HR service to all customers while maintaining data accuracy at all times.
 
Responsibilities
 
Provide 1st level ER and labour legislation support to all employees and managers (350+)
Create and maintain employee and contingent worker records on the HR Management System (HRMS) and any other filing systems as required
Prepare contracts of employment and associated paperwork for new hires, transfers and leavers ensuring all documents are distributed in a timely manner to the relevant parties
Liaise with Legal on new contracts and contractual changes
Ensure that accurate filing systems are in place and that documents are filed promptly and accurately
Manage the candidate relocation process 
Manage all immigration requirements for new employees 
Manage the organisations probationary process ensuring reviews are completed in time and the Oracle system is updated accordingly
Provide administrative support services as required for the HR Centres of Expertise 
Coordinate Co employee benefits programs and provide support to employees 

Essential 
 
Fluent English and Bulgarian
Thorough knowledge of Bulgarian labor law
Relevant experience of working within a busy, fast paced HR function
Good use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience and understanding of Employee Relations and HR policies and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with a high level of accuracy
Flexible and able to adapt to continually reprioritize as necessary

Desired

Knowledge of the implications of labour legislation in Bulgaria
Oracle Cloud and/or Hermes experience
Additional Information
Fixed term contract for 6 months with the option to prolong up to 12 months
