About The Role

Our portfolio of sports betting and gaming companies includes some of the most well-known brands in the industry, such as Ladbrokes, bwin, and Coral. We’ve a huge high street presence with an increasing share of online gaming activity. 

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join us with a focus on poker. You’ll manage the full 360 UX design process, from initial meetings with our Product team, right through to testing and delivery.  

You'll need to be an advocate for the user as you’ll be delivering great experiences across all digital channels to millions of our customers. You will work with our Product team to gather insights with which to inform design solutions and create user journeys, sketches, wireframes and mock-ups. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Create UX design proposals and wireframes for mobile apps and websites to promote ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

  • Work effectively as part of the design team to provide rapid support and feedback on tasks involving UI design, UX journey analysis and configuration to ensure a consistent approach to the customer journeys. 

  • Liaise with internal teams (Design Team Manager, UI Designers, Product Owners & Developers) to progressively move from low fidelity to high fidelity wireframes. 

  • Carry out usability studies and provide feedback and reporting to the UX Manager including relevant analysis and data. 

About you: 

  • Excellent knowledge of poker and online gaming products is essential.

  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping and general design software tools (axurebalsamiqinvisionapp, adobe suite).

  • A large toolkit and varied UX/UI skills and techniques, from workshopping to sketching to prototyping.

  • Experience in digital products, platforms, web/mobile experiences.

  • Good understanding of User Experience, User Centered Design and Responsive Web Design on mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.  

  • Experience in an agile environment. 

  • Ability to create simple, effective, engaging web graphics. 

  • Good understanding of Brand guidelines & design principles for offline and online media.
