Gibraltar is the GVC office that works hard and plays hard.
With a brilliant climate boasting 300 days of sunshine each year, you can grow and advance your career with an enviable outdoor lifestyle. Gibraltar is an overseas British Territory that lies right at the bottom of mainland Spain. With fantastic views across the Gibraltar Straits to Africa, it is dominated by the iconic Rock of Gibraltar where the infamous Barbary Macaques - better known as the ‘monkeys’ - live.
Gibraltar is a melting pot of nationalities from all over the globe, attracted by the Mediterranean way of life and all that great weather we mentioned. 300 of our people from over 25 nationalities work in our Gibraltar offices. This makes us truly multicultural and gives us the benefit of a wealth of diverse experience in our working environment.

Life + Work in Gibraltar
Our office will keep you cool calm and collected, with space to network and innovate, and to just hang out.
We have kitchens complete with vending machines for when you feel peckish. We also have a central events area with seating, foosball table and a balcony area for social downtime. Just a few steps away from the offices there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket, so you'll never go without.
We have great transport links even if you live across the border in Spain. Just jump on a bus or get in a taxi - both stop right outside the offices. Alternatively get on your bike – we have a secure space for them under the building. Or simply take a stroll you'll be with us in under 30 minutes
As a British territory, Gibraltar feels more British than Spanish, so office hours and mealtimes are similar to those in the UK.
English is the main language spoken and sport is always a topic of conversation.
Given the climate, smart-casual clothing for work is the norm.
And remember that while the Barbary macaque monkeys on the rock are quite a sight, but be sure not to feed them, as they can get a bit aggressive if you run out of supplies, so best just leave well alone!
The bustling Casemates Square is packed with restaurants, pubs and bars, and is the centre of Gibraltar nightlife.
It also hosts live open –air music concerts and cultural events, and is brilliant place to be on New Year’s Eve. John Mackintosh Hall houses a library, theatre, gym, performance venues and exhibitions, and there’s always something to check out.
Both Queensway Quay and Ocean Village are great for socialising at the waterfront, and throughout the year Gibraltar has a range of food and drink and cultural festivals that celebrate everything the location has to offer.
Gibraltar provides a number of different industries to work in and ensures the balance between a professional environment, where you can grow and advance your career with the enviable outdoor lifestyle.
